WHAT YOU’LL DO
Run Kubernetes components
Manage application and system monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing issues and bugs
Oversee mobile client application troubleshooting for both iOS and Android systems
Engage with customers via calls or chat to resolve their problems online
Showcase comprehensive hands-on expertise in micro-services and architectural patterns
Work proficiently with App Insights and Log Analytics
Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
Write SQL queries and set up, monitor alert notifications
Document RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
Automate maintenance operations using scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language
WHAT YOU HAVE
Significant practical experience in technologies such as AKS, Application Gateway, Kubernetes and Azure SQL Server
Proficiency in App Insights and Log Analytics
Experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
Excellent professional writing skills for maintaining technical documentation
NICE TO HAVE
Background in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language
Skills in Dynatrace and ServiceNow
