Responsibilities
修理センター (大阪) にて日本全国から集まる顧客修理依頼品の社内修理および現地での出張修理 (関西に限らず関東、中四国へも行く可能性あり) サービスを円滑に提供できるように営業部門、品質部門などと連携し協力を引き出す修理部品の在庫予測を立案し、修理対応に支障が無いようにする英文のサービスマニュアルを読解し、手順に定められた作業を実行する製品改善の為に故障原因を追究し海外製造元へ品質改善の為の交渉を図る
Work Experience Preferred
優れたリーダーシップと組織管理スキルExcel、Word、Power Point等のPCスキル医療機器業界でのメンテナンスの業務経験 (あれば尚可) 現場担当者を巻き込んで (現場目線で) 課題抽出を行う関連部署との連携 (協力要請) のため、効果的なコミュニケーションを行う
Education/Special Training Required
ビジネスレベルの日本語/英語 (推奨) コミニュケーション能力サービスビジネスにおけるプロセス改善スキル及びマネージメント能力
