Job Description Summary
As a member of the Project Engineering Management team, you will be an active contributor to the preparation and execution of complex Generator projects like rewinds or main component replacements. This role will require you to manage and lead the complete project engineering teams including engineering subcontractors and internal as well as external interfaces to provide the required engineering documentation within the time schedule, with the required quality, with minimum changes whilst meeting the budget targets.

Your Role:
In charge of the Engineering "On-Time Delivery" (OTD)Is responsible together with the Compliance Team for Contractual Engineering complianceIs responsible for the approval cycle of contractual Engineering documentationProvide inputs for Engineering section in regular Project Review ReportingIs responsible for Engineering Project budget management with Project cost controllerIs responsible for Engineering Design Reviews and owns action itemsIs ensuring Risk Management tracking and escalation as needed
Basic Qualifications:
If hired in the U.S.: bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent discipline from an accredited university or college with 5+ years of professional experince in Generator Engineering/Technology and Customer Project Engineering, procurement and construction processes, and Generator maintenance or projects at site, or High School diploma / GED with 9+ years of relevant professional experience.If hired outside the U.S.: bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent discipline from an accredited university or college with considerable years of professional experince in Generator Engineering/Technology and Customer Project Engineering, procurement and construction processes, and Generator maintenance or projects at site, or High School diploma / GED with significant years of relevant professional experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive experience of successful delivery in an engineering environment including leading teams of engineers and other disciplines.Deep technical knowledge and experience of generators, operation, and the supply chain interface.

If hired in the U.S: The salary range for this position is $93,600.00 - $124,800.00 Annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health and Retirement.
