Position: Lead, Global Employee Experience
Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Employee Experience, the Lead, Global Employee Experience will be responsible for the strategic project development & execution of enhancing the employee experience for our 100k+ employees.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Employee Experience Lead with a strong emphasis on project management and event planning. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing various projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering and implementing meaningful change to ensure employees feel engaged, valued and connected with the organization, their peers and leadership (Project management, change management, implementation, partnering with business owners, hand off to ensure sustainable impact, etc). Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create programs that promote a positive workplace culture.Lead and execute employee-centric projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including team-building activities, recognition ceremonies, and social gatherings. Manage all aspects of event logistics, from concept to post-event evaluation.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
3-4 years of applied experience working in project management, marketing, or strategic/experience development.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Marketing.Passionate storyteller and motivator. Someone that knows how to present and can get people onboard with their ideas with both a data-driven and passionate approachCross-functional expert. Someone that knows how to work with partners throughout the organization to gain their support and assistance in getting a project off the groundStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with employee experience best practices and industry trends preferably.Problem-solver, question-asker. A team member that can approach a new challenge with a curiosity and drive to find the answers where they may not have previously been identifiedInnovative Mindset within Business Restrictions. Someone that sees the constraints of a project as another piece of the puzzle to solve, ultimately delivering change that all faucets of the business can support. Maintain a big-picture perspective; must be able to link programs, communications and activities that generate insights and lead to a cohesive employee experience.Ability to assist in the creation but also drive the implementation of new ideas & programming (project plan development, communication, implementation, partnering with business owners, hand off to ensure sustainable impact, etc).
