　　Electrical Team Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical maintenance of complete plant through Contractor's Staff and/or Customer's Workforce to ensure safe, reliable, efficient plant operations, communication with IEC (Israel Electric Corporation and Noga - The Israel Independent System Operator.

　　Electrical Team Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical maintenance of complete plant through Contractor's Staff and/or Customer's Workforce to ensure safe, reliable, efficient plant operations, communication with IEC (Israel Electric Corporation) and NOGA - The Israel Independent System Operator.

　　Responsibilities:

　　As Electrical Team Lead you report to the Maintenance Manager and:

　　Strong project management, problem solving and organizational skillsExperience of planning and managing plant outagesPrior experience with GE O&M in same capacity is preferredStrong oral and written communication skills, Hebrew and EnglishStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsProficiency with computer toolsUnderstanding of Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) like Maximo

　　Qualifications / Requirements:

　　Graduate Electrical Engineer - מהנדס חשמל בעל רשיון של חשמלאי מהנדס + high voltage work license.

　　Minimum 5 years of power plant experience with minimum three years in team lead position in plant maintenance.Minimum three years of O&M experience.Career Level - ExperiencedReports to - O&M Maintenance Manager
