Job Description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and evolving Letters governance framework across Card and Bank. Promotes standardization of processes, systems and data across the enterprise. Supports channel growth through process enablement and evolution. In the future state, will consult with Letter Owners providing the guidelines/rules and best practices to be followed (from Letter ideation through to execution).
Major Responsibilities:
Shares a vision of unification of standards and processes across Card and Bank. Promotes strong support of strategy and vision of an error-free enterprise Letters communication channel. Actively participates and contributes to the continuous improvement of Letters Community of Practice (COP).
Leads cross-functional work-streams to drive process improvements and enhancements. Leads reform efforts which include the evaluation and development of solutions to increase speed to market for digital channels. Supports ongoing initiatives to strengthen Compliance Management System. Ensures documentation is up-to-date in regards to new processes and changes to existing processes.
Future stare - Provides consultation to Letter Owners for new or updated Letter requests and provides the guidelines/rules and best practices to be followed (from ideation through to execution). Current state - Documents and evolves Letter Owner training guides and socializes new process to broader audience. Standardizes letter communication templates across enterprise to promote brand consistency and mitigate risk.
Assists with investigation and analysis of current state of data flows across 60+ upstream triggering applications and the execution of data standards. Assists with assessing and implementing changes for Letters controls environment. Promotes the establishment of end-to-end monitoring on all required Letters
Monitors for channel health with adherence to established processes, socializes to broader audience (main stakeholders) and reevaluates metrics to ensure continuous channel growth. Implements new technologies to drive future capabilities
Assigns, creates, approves, publishes, and manages digital content. Supports digital content improvements and ongoing projects to maximize the speed to market.
Analyzes digital platform functionality gaps and under-utilized capabilities.
Manages digital asset libraries, domains, search engine optimization, and content metadata creation. Manages vendors to develop, migrate, and integration platforms.
Reports on email and mobile communication performance. Implements new technologies to drive future capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Technology, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Communications, Digital Communications, Digital Content Publishing, Web Development and Design, or related experience
Preferred:
4+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Technology, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Communications, Digital Communications, Digital Content Publishing, Web Development and Design, or related experience
In Lieu of Education experience:
8+ ears of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Technology, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Communications, Digital Communications, Digital Content Publishing, Web Development and Design, or related experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
