DESCRIPTION
Currently, we are looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer to make our team even stronger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and evaluate business processes against standard Dynamics 365 functionality and the wider components of the Power Platform
Ensure that simple, supportable and upgradable solutions are developed and deployed
Documenting clear and concise business requirements which outline what a Dynamics365 CRM solution will look like within Azure DevOps
Interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions driven by Dynamics365 CRM by understanding the needs of the business and mapping these as business processes
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience of customising Dynamics 365 (Creating tables, columns, forms, Apps etc.)
Ability to use JavaScript and potentially plug-ins
Ability to build Flows (Power Automate)
Good attention to detail and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable, actionable chunks that can be understood by project teams and customers/end users
Strong interpersonal skills: proficient in stakeholder management, proactive team player
Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
