Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma (OK), a division of CVS Health, is looking for an individual with experience in health care marketing, thought leadership, paid media as well as people management. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new health plan from the ground up! Your efforts will help provide Medicaid members and their families with more ways to access support and the tools to be their healthiest.
As the head of the Aetna Better Health of OK business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, you will lead the team and guide colleagues, leadership and external and internal agency partners in developing marketing strategies to grow and retain membership.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $227,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
