  Position Summary

  This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. In-state travel is required based on business needs.

  Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma (OK), a division of CVS Health, is looking for an individual with experience in health care marketing, thought leadership, paid media as well as people management. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new health plan from the ground up! Your efforts will help provide Medicaid members and their families with more ways to access support and the tools to be their healthiest.

  As the head of the Aetna Better Health of OK business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, you will lead the team and guide colleagues, leadership and external and internal agency partners in developing marketing strategies to grow and retain membership.

  This position will require routine travel to the OK City office building and in-state is anticipated, based on business needs.Create the marketing vision and strategy for ABH of OKCreate messaging that aligns to the larger Aetna Better Health brand and the accompanying proof points, ensure they are compelling, clear, simple.Collaborate with marketing partners and channel owners to pull through messaging through to client-centric assets from content marketing, life cycle engagements across all channels, and field enablement.Create prioritization process for assets creation and own communication programs to ensure partners are aware of project status and "latest and greatest" assets for use,Develop personas by leveraging primary client market research, competitive intelligence, internal data analysis,Create measurement and reporting program, and leverage insights to refine strategy and inform go-forward approachInspires, motivates, and leads a team to create the strategy with flawless executionLead a culture of collaboration with marketing and outreach teams to understand content needs, customer mindset, and growth opportunitiesAbility to:Solve problems and influence decisions on business issuesCommunicate clearly and understand when to raise issues to senior leaders and how to bring functional teams together to solve those issuesCreating and executing a marketing plan within tight timeframes that drives results while complying with state regulationsLeading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment while positioning each team member for future development and growthEnsuring marketing strategies and tactics align with the Aetna Better Health branding and positioningMeasuring results and applying insightsWorking with product development, clinical management and other areas to market value added member benefitsImproving the consumer and provider experienceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop web, social media, earned and paid media strategiesSupporting business development efforts, including RFPsLeading market research initiativesManaging complex projects and marketing budgetsCollaborating with the Medicaid leadership team and other growth partnersEncouraging others through positivity, vision, confidence, challenge and recognition.Setting goals for change and leading purposeful efforts to adapt work that aligns with an organization's visionInfluencing key stakeholders across the enterprise and execute strategic prioritiesRequired QualificationsMust reside in Oklahoma10+ years of experience with healthcare, managed care, or relevant B2B industry.5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field2+ years of leadership and people management experience2+ years' experience working cross functionally with senior leadership in a matrixed structure.Digital and social marketing experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 15% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.Marketing to consumers, health care providers and B2B decision makers.Medicaid experienceMarketing, advertising, website and/or branding experienceEducationBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant area of study.Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $100,000.00 - $227,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
