Position Summary
The Lead Director, Engagement is responsible for coordinating all types of provider interactions in order to implement and maintain a robust and successful value-based-contract (VBC) with identified providers. This includes assisting with setup and on-going maintenance of technology/care management engagement and guidance from subject matter experts as needed. This leader will interact with providers on a regular basis to manage and oversee provider engagements in CVS Accountable Care's advanced reimbursement and value-based models. He/she will coordinate internal and external cross-functional groups to carry out the requirements of the program(s) and ensure tools, infrastructure and support opportunities are maximized to their fullest extent. He/she works to ensure that the VBC arrangements are functioning successfully and the VBC arrangements is working to improve quality of care while reducing costs.
Fundamental Components:Facilitates and manages a cross-functional team of various internal and external resources to implement and maintain ongoing services deployed in the VBC arrangements. This can range from combinations of financial, technology, clinical and operational elements, essential to support the VBC program model. Establishes and maintains relationships across internal and external organizations to use as support for these provider serving activities. Establishes and manages routine cadence for meetings such as joint operating committees, executive reviews and capability assessments. Regularly interfaces with provider to facilitate implementation/maintenance of provider serving activities and ensure all program requirements are understood and adhered to. Ensures adherence to compliance policies and procedures throughout provider contract, proactively identifying risk and escalating to leadership as appropriate. Responsible for ensuring provider engagement oversight necessary to meet the objective of improving quality of care while reducing costs. The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $227,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
