The Enterprise MarTech Product team is an enterprise team that drives incremental business value with personalized, data-driven, contextually relevant connected experiences across the CVS Retail, Pharmacy and Health Care businesses. The Digital Product Lead, Content Enablement is a key role, who understands how workflow, assets, content, and digital channels (web, mobile, app, outbound comms) work together to create high performing and highly personalized, digital customer experiences. This role works closely with digital and marketing leaders across the CVS Health lines of business to assess business goals, strategic objectives and gather use cases to build a comprehensive and actionable multi-year roadmap for our B2C and B2B businesses. The Digital Product Lead, Content Enablement is responsible for envisioning the art of the possible, working with Scrum Masters and MarTech engineers as part of an Agile/Scrum-based team to bring the product vision to life.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with digital, marketing and analytics leaders to gather and rationalize desired business outcomes, key use cases, and product requirements.Collaborate with MarTech cross functional teams, solutions architects, and strategic partners to cultivate and deliver a multi-year product roadmap and spearhead critical CMS (Content Management Solutions) Migrations and DAM (Digital Asset Management) consolidation initiatives.Be an advocate of MarTech and communicate current and target-state capabilities across the organization to drive alignment, adoption, and education.Focus on delivering business outcomes, like improving customer acquisition, engagement, customer/member experiences and better healthcare to customers.Work within SAFe Agile teams to develop a backlog of user stories.Act as Product Owner in cross-functional Scrum teams, helping drive continuous deliveryStay current on industry trends within content management, digital asset management, data platforms, and channel execution.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a subject matter expert with some of the following technologies: Adobe experience Cloud, Content Management (e.g., AEM, Drupal, Contentful, headed vs. Headless), Digital Asset Management (e.g., AEM, Stibo, Aprimo, Scene 7. Dynamic Media,) and Workfront.5+ years of experience in developing content ecosystem for digital presentation layers (e.g. web and app) leveraging modern marketing technology tools.Partner with business, Engineering, and architecture to develop innovative enterprise-wide solutions for content ecosystem. Communicate marketing needs to our content Product/engineering teams and partner with them to help set solution vision, strategy, and roadmap.Proven experience leading MarTech (content more importantly) strategy and ability to develop a comprehensive MarTech vision, strategic plan, and then execute to deliver results.Evangelize and test new business ideas with stake holders and manage content capabilities through their lifecycle from conception, launch, and end-of-life.5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe DAM, and Adobe AEM.7+ years of experience working as a technology-focused Product Owner.
5+ years of experience working in Marketing Technology.2+ years of experience or knowledge of web optimization and Test & Learn tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, Monetate, Adobe Target).
2+ years of experience or knowledge of web analytics platforms and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau).3+ years of experience using Agile or Iterative delivery methodologies.Preferred Requirements:Professional understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, and common marketing use cases.Solid experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Journey OptimizerGood to have channel service providers experience (e.g., SFMC, Adobe AEP/Campaign, Responsys, Braze).Proficient with communications at different levels, presentations, and reports.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$140,000.00 - $280,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
