The Lead Director, Adoption & Engagement will play a critical role in developing the strategy and roadmap to drive Adoption & Engagement of our consumer experiences with the new Super App. You will improve our digital app experience with a focus on driving adoption and increasing engagement by focusing on our value proposition, Digital messaging channels (including Push and In App Messages) and new engagement and retention drivers.
In this role you will:
• Lead the development and execution of our long-term digital strategy and integrated roadmap to drive app adoption & engagement.
• Define and lead an enterprise governance structure for messaging to our customers and provide visibility into all messaging campaigns across business units.
• Develop robust test & learn to optimize adoption experiences for our app and define how experience should evolve over time to drive engagement.
• Oversee team responsible for messaging campaign operations, including identifying campaigns, key objectives, target audience and measurement.
• Represent Digital adoption & engagement needs to Pharmacy and Retail business units, serving as the strategic advisor.
• Be a strategic lead across key adoption and engagement experiences, working closely with members of the product, engineering Bring your heart to CVS Health. Required Qualifications:
8+ years of leadership experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Management Consultant, and technical/functional expertise in healthcare and/or Digital. Focus on being a Strategic Digital Product Leader.
3+ years of experience with Push Messaging Campaign Strategy.
6+ years cross-functional Leadership and Performance Management experience. Focus on presenting to senior executive leadership in addition to collaborating and supporting Executive Leaders, Cross-functional Teams, and Clients and experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivery, and supporting) skills.
Preferred Experience:
Healthcare Experience.
Knowledge of the Braze tool.
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues.
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $227,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
