Lead Digital Product Manager-NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Define and lead the building of software features, create product roadmaps, and provide clear requirements for software engineers to execute on; provide clear expected outcomes and Return on Investment analysis that deliver towards the company strategy and delivers financial value, while delivering value to the consumers; drive the delivery of feature changes end to end that have significant impact on the core aspects of the product; lead squads of cross-functional engineers who will build software solutions that enable Product Data to be shared with internal and external stakeholders; assess the business impact of different solutions, and can assess the tradeoffs between business/customer needs, technology requirements and costs; lead structured brainstorming sessions to generate proposed product improvements; partner with the Omni-Channel Product Platform and Product Data Services team as the owner for Partner Product Data; define and oversee the implementation of the product strategy, and co-lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a product and help identify key dependencies; monitor risks and measure success, and work closely with Nike Digital Product partners across the enterprise to deliver features and capabilities to further Nike's One Nike Marketplace goals; set cross-functional meetings, working with key team members to identify requirements; partner with other Product Managers to ensure a detailed transition from legacy services to a new Omni-Channel platform; collaborate with other Product Managers to define use cases and stories and proactively define features and expected outcomes; and oversee the facilitation of Scrum/Agile ceremonies with engineering teams and developing and maintaining key artifacts to communicate plans and progress. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Business Administration and progressive (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.
Experience must include:
Product Development Lifecycle & Systems Architecture;Digital e-commerce platforms and systems;Agile/Scrum;Delivery and roadmap tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!;SQL with JSON and ETL;ITIL;Business case development;Data driven decision making;Strategic planning and execution; andTranslating strategies into well-defined product requirements and user stories.
