Job Responsibilities
Execute our lead qualification process whereby customers are contacted via marketing Campiagns to validate their need and correctly categorize/lead score to help Sales prioritize. Specific focus is on quality, accuracy and timeliness of this process. Identify and manage the lead generation demand and effectively use outsourcing strategies when needed to close any current or future gaps.
Ensuring our customer relationship management (CRM) databases are maintained in a clean, consistent and timely manner. Customer master data is critical to the success of Leica Microsystems.
Responsible for data entry and cleaning of all marketing leads, in CRM systems (iCRM, SalesForce, eLeica Pipeline Manager) to ensure new contacts are added, existing contacts are refreshed with the most recent data and duplicate contacts are removed. It is critical that this individual is able to understand complex market segments, use sound logic to determine where data gaps exist and drive a standard, repeatable process for data accuracy.
Executing online chat and direct call/email functions to increase website conversion and decrease qualification time.
Create opportunities by BANT method and enhancing their experience by streamlining the sales process. Drive leads through sales pipeline, close/win sales and achieve monthly goals. Team up with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
Assist in reporting lead information and return on investment (ROI) for all Marketing Events to Sales and Marketing groups in order to ensure our business strategies are optimized and the most effective marketing modes are utilized.
Responsible for setting up our marketing events for successful capture of customer inquiries rich with the information needed to provide the appropriate level of follow-up. Specifically, this requires in-depth understanding of our CRM systems and management of our electronic lead retrieval tool.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel or any other BI tool will be preferable
Basic Product Knowledge to guarantee correct product selection is made.
Other duties may be assigned as required by the business need.
