About the Team
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will work closely with business stakeholders to align the data architecture capabilities to support business strategy. This is a cross-functional role, working closely with IT, Data Engineering and Rapid7's Go-To-Customer Operations teams.
About the Role
Rapid7 is seeking an experienced omnichannel data architect/strategist who will design, create, deploy and manage the Marketing Organization's data architecture.
In this role, you will:
Translate business requirements into data models that support long-term solutionsLead data transformation efforts to enable effective omnichannel reporting, analytics, and visualizationDesign and implement effective data models to store and retrieve Marketing data. This includes conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Work closely with IT teams, operations and analysts to ensure data solutions are available and optimized for integration and consumption.Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data consistency and governanceStay abreast of new data technologies and trends and incorporate this knowledge into the data architecture strategyMentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
