About Lead Customer Service Administrator

　　Job Description

　　- サプライチェーンの各部門との連携の起点となり、AIGビジネスにおいて、受注から納品までを責任をもって対応する。

　　- 営業・マーケティングなど関連部署と密接にコミュニケーションをはかり、カスタマーサービスとしてビジネスの成長に貢献する。

　　- 常にお客様第一の意識を持ち、よりよい顧客経験の提供をおこなう。

　　- カスタマーサービスのプロセスの改善や、ルール整備など、より効率的に正確に業務が実施できるよう改善を推進する。

　　- チームとしてより大きな成果を出せるようチームプレーヤーのマインドセットを持ちつつ、リーダー候補として問題解決や目標達成に主体的に取り組み、

　　チームとして担当する案件へのオーナーシップを持ちながら予定した納期通りにデリバリーができるよう、社内外のコミュニケーションとコーディネーションをおこなう。

　　- SAPを使用した受注処理、在庫確認・価格・製品情報照会、出荷処理と各種書類の作成の実施

　　電話・メール・FAXによる各種問い合わせに対する対応。

　　- カスタマーサービスのプロセスや関連するプロセスの業務改善を率先しておこなう。

　　- 生産性の向上やミスの削減を図る為、ばらつきのあるプロセス・箇所を特定し、可視化・標準化を推進する。

　　- カスタマーサービスのプロセスや関連するプロセスの文章化（SOP・WI作成）を推進する。

　　- 受注残や納品遅延のリスクに対しては、各部門と協力しプロアクティブにリスクの最小化アクションを実施するとともに、質の高い納期連絡のコミュニケーションを事前に、かつ自発的におこなう。

　　- 問題が検知された場合には、タイムリーなエスカレーションを行い、迅速に問題解決のアクションをとる。また、エラーが発生した場合、原因究明と再発防止策の策定し、実行する。

　　- チームのKPIを理解し、KPIを達成できるように努める。また目標との乖離があった場合はチームと協力して改善をおこなう。

　　- 在庫プランニングチームと協力し、営業予測、市場の需要予測を反映した在庫プランニングに貢献する。

　　- 購買チーム・プランニングチームとの連携を強め、チームとしてタイムリーなデリバリーを実現する。

　　- Super Userとして、システムの動作テストや、チームメンバーの指導に当たる。

　　- 社内プロジェクトへの参加。
