In this role, you will:
• Manage and develop a team to handle complex customer service tasks and create Escalations related initiatives and programs to support business goals and objectives
• Engage internal partners associated with the Escalations functional area
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, service standards, and goals within the Escalations functional area
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding internal and external client complaints Interpret and develop Escalations policies and procedures to ensure quality and that service standards meet business objectives
• Collaborate with Customer Service team and first line supervisors
• Interact directly with internal and external customers to resolve their inquiries and complaints
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned functional area or business group
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working in or closely with Wealth and Investment Management lines of business
(or external equivalents) sufficient to demonstrate a working knowledge of their
products/services, key processes/systems, and organizational structure
• Direct and proven experience developing and implementing solutions for Control Management Activities inclusive of, but not limited to, RCSA, Issue Management, and Global Delivery Activities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
•Strong project management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a collaborative environment without direct organizational Authority
• Proven ability to develop pertinent reporting and analytics to help in understanding and aid in the development of solutions for complex risk and control issues
• Ability to identify root cause of identified issues and evaluate potential mitigation plans
• Familiarity with process analysis and improvement frameworks
Job Expectations:
• Strong working knowledge of Wealth Management businesses, products and relevant risks and controls of the business
• Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) concepts and policies across risk types (regulatory, financial crimes, credit, operational, etc.)
• Knowledge across enterprise risk management framework, including: new business initiatives, risk identification, issues and escalations management, risk measurement and risk acceptance
• Demonstrated experience in the areas of Wells Fargo Governance, Enterprise Programs, or L1 Risk Types
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal); ability to concisely articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Demonstrated capability to confidently raise issues, escalate early, and engage in constructive credible challenge independently.
• Ability to develop high performing, diverse risk structure in a highly matrixed environment.
• Interpret and develop Escalations policies and procedures to ensure Policy SLA service standards meet business objectives
• Collaborate with Business Leaders, BCMs and Issues Management team in achieving program objectives
