About the Role
In this opportunity as Lead Cloud Engineer, you will:
Architect and Design: Plan, design, and develop end-to-end technical solutions for cloud systems and applications.Coding Excellence: Write high-quality code, establishing and enhancing coding specifications for software programs and systems.Project Leadership: Lead the daily work of assigned teams, setting project schedules, and defining tasks to ensure successful project delivery.Operational Ownership: Take operational responsibility for a functional area, ensuring measurable goals are met and contributing to the development and rollout of entire products or large projects.Influence and Collaboration: Act as a resource for colleagues, influencing cross-functional teams, and networking with internal and external personnel.Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of new principles, concepts, and business unit strategy, exploring technology transformation opportunities for growth.Mentorship and Development: Support and develop software engineers through coaching, advice, and educational opportunities.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Lead Cloud Engineer if your background includes:
Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, software development, or related roles.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, determine work priorities, and drive projects with creativity and ingenuity.Coding Proficiency: Hands-on experience with programming languages and a track record of delivering software features with exceptional quality.Strategic Thinking: Strategic focus with the ability to contribute to business unit strategy and influence the adoption of innovative ideas and initiatives.Collaborative Approach: Strong collaboration and networking skills, with a passion for efficiency, quality, and technical excellence.
