  WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  As Lead Business HR Manager for Nike SEA&I (Southeast Asia & India) based in our Singapore office, you'll provide solutions and advocacy to Nike SEA&I's senior business leaders. In collaboration with the global, geography and territory HR teams, you'll help implement functional HR strategy across multiple teams and business units. You'll provide strategic consultation and coaching to senior leaders on organizational issues that contribute to growth and competitiveness of the business and the team. You'll also serve as a key resource for employees through sensing, listening, providing guidance, and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR specialists.

  WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  As the Lead Business HR for Nike SEA&I , you will provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and their teams and drive a "manager excellence" mindset to ensure that strong leadership and a coaching culture permeates the organization. As a champion of change and agility, guide and coach the business leaders through change journeys.

  You will develop strategic, effective solutions that are aligned with business strategies and objectives. This includes providing HR functional expertise on business strategies, as well as general business expertise, to managers and teams. In addition, you will also be part of planning and execution of talent bench creation, successions, career planning and functional excellence.

  You'll build strong partnerships with COEs and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) HR teammates to collaborate effectively in designing and delivering team and talent solutions for the business.

  WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

  This role will focus on Nike SEA&I's business teams, and will partner with the extended SEA&I HR team including People Solutions and COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Total Rewards etc) in Singapore/US, APAC/APLA HR partners. You will report to the Director, Business HR - SEA&I based in Singapore.

  WHAT YOU BRING

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, ideally in a related field.

  Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering role or HR Generalist role, ideally in an MNC/international environment. Experience in other specialist areas like talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, mobility, diversity, and employee/labor relation is advantageous .

  Well-developed business acumen and proven experience in partnering business leaders, particularly in relation to organization change, re-alignment and growth.

  Ability to coach and communicate across all levels of a matrix organization. Possess strong communication and presentation skills.

  Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving organization.

  This role is not open for relocation.
