Wells Fargo Operations is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to be part of the Global Privacy Utility team. In this role, you will:
Be responsible for strategic planning and execution of operational processes to meet regulatory requirements for the team
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Maintains quarterly artifacts for the team's playbook, processes and procedures. Ensures controls and control procedures are in place to support annual control testing efforts
Execute on processes/procedures for critical applications which require facilitation and brokering agreements for privacy risk remediation for 10-20 stakeholders
Act as primary interface with Technology team for Data Protection Impact Assessment requirement for automation enhancements
Operational Subject Matter Expert for execution of assessments and being the face of the assessment function with the Global Privacy Utility for relevant stakeholders
Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements. Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues. Operate within the parameters defined by the Global Privacy Utility and be an advocate for the evolving processes/procedures within the utility.
Serve as relationship manager for one or more lines of business
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience in Privacy, Risk and/or Compliance with understanding of domestic and international regulations
Knowledgeable in existing Domestic and International Privacy Laws
Experience analyzing new regulations for operational impact
Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
Strong relationship development and management skills
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders
Advanced analytical skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, Jira
Advanced MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel
Experience presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership and executive levels
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
