About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for our Deposit Product Group (DPG)'s Customer Remediation and Redress Team as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This role will be responsible for program support, monitoring, tracking, reporting, data collection and analysis, as well as other governance support activities related to Customer Remediation and Redress Policy Execution within DPG.

In this role, you will:Lead customer impact assessment for DPG issues and business operations/production events.Drive risk assessment of potential new remediation and redress projects, partnering with Product, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Risk, Control, Legal, Compliance and other partners (including Customer Remediation COE and Redress Office).Partner with stakeholders including business owners in identifying and implementing the necessary corrective actions or enhancement to manage current customer impact and prevent future customer impact.Provide DPG Point of Contact support throughout the lifecycle of remediation and redress projects: intake, root cause analysis, strategy/scope, population identification, data validation, execution planning and monitoring, QA or validation, and financial accruals/adjustment.Be the point of contact for stakeholders for Customer Remediation/ Redress projects, incl. meeting representation, routine management, roadblock removal, concern escalation, DPG documentation, reviews.Provide customer remediation and redress expertise, as well as transparency on project status including reporting, governance routines, and escalation support.Conduct analysis to identify themes, trends and specific opportunities for product, process, and control improvement.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:A BS/BA degree or higher.Financial services experience strongly preferred.Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment.Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.Strong collaboration and partnering skills with cross-functional teams.Critical thinker and problem solver.Curious, fast learner, proactive.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management.Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies.Experience with risk assessment and controls.Reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both.Exposure to customer remediation, redress, or issue management.Track record of driving results.Job Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
