In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
The Delivery Lead coordinates all change management and operational readiness activities which occur from Definition of Ready (DOR) of Features through post deployment.
Accountable for ensuring all change management work streams are identified, planned, executed, and ultimately align to the delivery of value from the product teams.
Accountable for ensuring end to end delivery activities meet all evidence of compliance in accordance with Enterprise Change Management Policies, HL Change Management Policies, Change Control Policies, and Product Operating Model.
Build relationships with Product and Operational Readiness partners and demonstrate leadership by communicating, planning, mitigating risks/issues, and collaborating across partner groups/teams to effectively drive and implement change.
Bring transparency and visibility on product/initiative delivery progress, dependencies, impediments, and risks through regular status reporting and written updates to stakeholders.
Partner with product, business and technology Leaders in the resolution of issues, risks and impediments by engaging appropriate resources and driving purposeful discussions.
Partner with Product Leaders to create transparency around changes in health status (yellow, red) immediately with root cause, mitigation plan, escalation or support needed from stakeholders and clear go to green plan.
Partner with change delivery leader to coordinate and execute product cabinet routines and activities required by ECM, Consumer Lending, and Home Lending, ensuring all evidence is evidencing requirements.
Help administer the change control process by following the Change Control Procedure and working with appropriate partners to ensure proper engagement and understanding from all impacted groups and securing necessary approvals prior to implementation.
Monitor source of record to ensure high data integrity/hygiene of epics, features, and user stories.
Accountable for executing and complying with the established delivery standards process for each implementation, following the escalation procedure steps when necessary, and providing transparency and regular updates to appropriate stakeholders and leaders.
Provide SME and/or coaching of the HL change management and change control procedures to new or novice team members and partnering groups
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience in Home Lending Servicing
Ability to effectively partner and influence at the senior and executive level
Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
Ability to develop improvement processes and implementation strategies to ensure business continuity/contingency plans
Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Consulting, Process Improvement, Process Mapping, Process Engineering, Cost Efficiency Initiatives, Problem Solving, Business Case Development, Collaboration, and Influence
Experience within Change Management methodologies and practices with application of risk assessment and control framework
Experience successfully leading teams through change and ambiguity
Experience with Change Control, Intake and SDLC processes
Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting effective and influential presentations to senior management and other levels of the organization; ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
Strong growth mindset and empathetic servant leadership approach to Change Management, leading through influence rather than authority; strong collaboration and influencing skills to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.), iterative development, and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
Experience with Control Framework, Quality Review, Assurance and Monitoring Activities

NY- NYC pay range $115,900 to $206,100 Annually.
DE-Wilmington- Pay Range $106,300 to 188,900 Annually
