　　EPAM is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium aligned to one of the core project streams for a valued Insurance customer. The team is focused on performing integration activities so the work is highly technical.

　　You will be required to be on client site in Antwerp 1-2 days a week and you must be a fluent English and Dutch speaker.

　　Responsibilities Continuously conduct Requirements Gathering Sessions with business in an Agile environment Gather, elaborate, and document requirements to the required level of details using the appropriate deliverable type/template (User Stories) Identify alternatives in the context of business opportunity and business processes enhancement Research and analyze questions and issues to ensure a comprehensive design in development Prioritize requirements with Business to reflect business need Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders involved in system enhancements Effectively communicate requirements, assumptions, constraints and other considerations to business in English, in a structured manner Coordinate information flow between different parties Facilitate refinement sessions and meetings for prioritization and planning Requirements
