The Monitoring Automation and CLIC Governance team, as part of the Global Services Group’s (GSG) Operational Excellence organization, is responsible for creating end to end solution for automated risk testing and driving controls across GSG processes by partnering with Operations, MIS, Compliance, Ops Excellence, and Capabilities. The candidate will support the team in MIS reporting, data management, analytics, and enhanced capabilities.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to drive the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in alignment with the regulatory and procedural testing requirements. The position involves a detailed analysis of GSG Ops Process, work with Enterprise Testing org to define error, collaborate with ET Program Governance & Central Compliance team for Automation readiness and delivery outcome. Additionally, the role focuses on refining existing KRIs to minimize false positives, contributing to the enhancement of risk management strategies and ensuring the organization’s compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Independently performs Root cause analysis, generates actionable insights and where applicable, identifies new data driven opportunities for the business.
Design automated controls using SQL/Python/Hive for existing manual RBST control and audit findings.
Perform analysis / recommend and highlight process enhancements to operations / governance teams.
Manage relationships and expectations with key business stakeholder.
Partner with technology, operations, and business partners on resolution of issues found
Identify opportunities to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the Controls Reporting
Pro-actively identify platform issues, data ingestion issues and work on solutioning in timely manner.
Feasibility test for building KRIs based on testing requirements.
Excellent communication, project management skills, attention to detail, relationship building, and presentation/influencing skills are anticipated. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear presentations is also expected.
Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated ability to support multiple functions and work in a cohesive team environment with minimal supervision and work effectively and cooperatively with cross functional and global teams, across AXP

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in any stream, Graduate/master’s in computer science preferred.
Excellent quantitative skills and comfort with data exploration tools.
Familiarity with writing complex query using Hive/Spark/SQL
Good understanding of advanced Excel & PPT
