Introduction:
Boeing UK are looking for a Lead Artificial Intelligence Architect.
Boeing is transforming its business and adopting a data centric culture and modernizing its suite of applications. This position will drive the transformation by collaborating and working closely with businesses, functions, Application Architects, Supplier Architects/Developers, Cloud Vendor Architects and Information Technology Architects such as Security. The Lead Architect will be partnering with Company Application Architects/Developers and Supplier Architects/Developers building solutions that include system design, technology selection, solution design, process design, and execution. This position will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other common service functions, interact with the most innovative and diverse people around the globe.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads activities to define requirements, design and verify robust architecture, data and information management systems and componentsLeads the identification of design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirementsIncorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycleLeads the development and configuration management of architecture views and modelsAssesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternativesPerforms trade-off analysesEvaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environmentsDrafts data and information management products and service standardsAssesses impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycleDevelops architecture and data/information management standards and strategiesCoaches and mentors others
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications:
Significant experience with web application architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or cloud based developmentSignificant experience working with Cloud native developmentExperience with application integration, APIs and MicroservicesExperience as an IT architect in a large-scale, hybrid cloud and on-prem environmentExperience working in the field of Artificial Intelligence including Machine Learning
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
