About You:
UKG is looking for a Lead Analyst Relations Program Manager to drive mutually beneficial relationships between UKG and the analyst community, resulting in positive business outcomes. As a Lead Analyst Relations Program Manager, you will play an important role on our Marketing team staying abreast and ensuring analysts understand UKG's products and solutions, business model, market impact, and value delivered worldwide. Reciprocally, you will also stay up-to-date on analysts' research and perspectives, conveying analyst information and advice back to UKG stakeholders and often driving dialogue between UKG stakeholders and target analysts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Analyst Research
o Identify and track all relevant analysts
o Monitor target analysts' research agendas, research, blogs, and social content
o Communicate important takeaways
• Analyst Interactions
o Regularly conduct inquiries and briefings
o Plan and execute presentations and demos, collaborating with SMEs and execs
• Analyst Evaluations
o Project-manage vendor evaluation process
o Synthesize written responses
o Plan and execute presentations and demos
o Evangelize and promote evaluation results internally and externally
• Events
o Plan and drive analyst attendance to hosted events
o Ensure interactions with key analysts take place
o Provide prep materials
o Coordinate attendance at analyst-hosted events
• Sales/Executive Relationship Manager (ERM) Support & Marketing Communications
o Assist Sales and Executive Relationship Managers in leveraging analyst content with strategic positioning and tactical deal support
o Partner with Marketing peers/channels (e.g., Public Relations to leverage analyst research and relationships for strategic activities and drive awareness of UKG's inclusions
o Coordinate approval cycles for citations
o Identify analyst content for licensing and promotion
• Measure
o Run reports to measure team impact on new business
o Leverage digital tools to measure impact on marketing campaigns and site traffic
Skills essential to this role are creativity, domain knowledge, confidence, and a core skill set to facilitate proficient information exchange with industry experts, such as:
• Effective communicator (written and oral)
• Excel at project and time management
• Enterprise mindset and passion for collaboration across multiple departments (Product, Sales, Services, Marketing, etc.)
• Quickly adopt new/augmented domain knowledge and synthesize new ideas
• Adept with presentation software and strong presentation skills
• Develops a cadence and leads analyst inquiries and briefings
• Researches and keeps abreast of industry trends
• Educate internal stakeholders and teams on trends and perspectives impacting UKG and/or their area of interest
• Evangelize and evolve UKG value and differentiation messaging
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or technology field
• 8+ years of related Product Strategy/Management/Marketing experience with an HCM vendor
• Experience working with enterprise-level SaaS offering
• High degree of organizational skills and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within UKG, including with engineering, marketing, sales, support, and services
Preferred Qualifications:
• Functional knowledge of HCM, Payroll, WFM, and/or Talent products strongly desired
