What you'll do:
This position is primarily responsible for OTC functional production support Oracle and resolve Techno-Functional problems including Oracle Financial Implementations. This role would include working closely with IT organization on the conversion of New Sites, LES initiatives,Oracle to SAP conversions, system upgrades, participate in RPA initiatives, CI Projects and any other system enhancement Projects in GFSS OTC process acrroos regions. As a Functional production support Analyst, the primary task would be liaising with global OTC process teams and prod support teams to address any process and system related issues, IT requirement gatherings, Future State design to ensure adherence to GFSS global design for OTC, Data conversion & validation, Unit Testing, UAT, Production & post go-live support. This position would also be responsible for providing necessary Techno-Functional Support to GFSS users on the day-to-day queries including month ends & system issues and would liaise with Technical Team on the queries & issues requiring IT support. As part of the system enhancement & production support responsibilities, this position will take care of preparing various documents like Configuration documents, Design documents, Test Scripts, Test plans and will work with Technical Team to support on POCs, TUTs, FUTs & Production deployments during the Project lifecycle. Additionally, this role would also be actively involved in RPA and CI initiatives projects and also to share best practices and learnings across all regions.
'Functional Production Support
• OTC AR Functional Production support of GFSS Pune for Oracle and provide seamless support to GFSS Teams and Operations by effective resolution of the Cases, delivery of functional trainings & system enhancements
• Support Oracle Projects from OTC process standpoint in all phases of project including system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Cash Application Custom solutions, RPA initiatives and any other similar integration projects from Functional standpoint
• Provide subject matter expertise in GFSS applications and serves as the bridge between the Finance team and IT technical teams
• Execute and test approved changes in coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) Test team, GFSS Process teams, and IT teams.
• Interpret business requirements and technical/functional design documents in order to adequately address risks/changes and effectively develop a test plan, scenarios, test cases and scripts
• The position requires interacting with global technical/functional Oracle teams and/or with the customer through daily activities
• Collaborate with Oracle L1 and L3 teams to strengthen L2 support model to meet key deliverables and timelines from a GFSS perspective
• Support GFSS Team on quick resolution of Cases and work with Technical Team on the Cases require IT Support
• Ensure up to date knowledge of GFSS processes, through SME Group and strong working relationship with internal GFSS teams and plant operations
• Responsible for global OTC functional & process trainings

Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
" 10-12 years of total experience in finance domain
Knowledge of OTC and RTR"
Skills:
" Good experience of Oracle ERP Modules with expertise in AR
Well versed with integration with other modules of Oracle
Working experience of SAP integrated modules
Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
CI Tools - Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Loader
PL/SQL & OBIEE"
