Lead AI ML Engineer: ML Ops

As the Lead Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer at Siemens Advanta, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and leading the development and implementation of advanced analytical models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design data-driven solutions, and provide actionable insights to optimize processes and drive innovation.
This is your role. What part will you play?
Must be an expert on ML Ops and deployed Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning based solutions for multiple applications.
Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop data science strategies aligned with those objectives.
Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
Must possess sufficient knowledge of various facets concerning AI like, computer vision & image analysis, classification, segmentation, feature extraction, pattern recognition, data mining, inferencing, neural networks, statistics etc.,
Should have hands-on experience in Forecasting using traditional ML and Deep Networks
Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of models and algorithms.
Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
Should understand CI/CD processes in product deployment and used it in delivery.
Working knowledge on agile practices in software development processes.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to improve business outcomes.

8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence domain with a proven track record of developing and implementing various ML based solutions.
A master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C++.
Hands on experience in Sklearn, Statmodels, Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, SQL, HQL, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Tableau, PowerBI, AWS, Azure OR similar technology stacks
Exposure to the industrial engineering domain is preferred.
Proficient in the use of computer vision tools
Proactive and willing to learn new technologies.
