Responsible to management for coordination of the overall operations within an assigned functional area.
What you'll do
Conducts agent observations and associated activities
Administers local training programs, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports
Assists management in the completion of admin duties to include the maintenance of required departmental records
Acts as a company representative when assigned

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Passenger service experience required
High school diploma
Profile requirements as outlined in the passenger service manual section 10-7 reservations and ticket office edition
Above average administrative and analytical techniques
Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment
Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and the native language
