  What you will be doing

  Cencora Corporate IT is looking for an Application Development Lead who is responsible for the design, configuration, and customization of the Archer platform to meet the specific needs of the organization; Lead the end-to-end configuration of new/existing Archer applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g., layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging); Integrate external data into Archer applications via API endpoints; Must be well-versed in building with/utilizing advanced workflow capabilities, data-driven events, field calculations, and building dashboards/notifications.

  PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Ensures adequate system support for operating environment components such as databases, operating systems, network interfaces, storage systems, servers, and associated hardwareActs as a Lead Administrator for various enterprise applications by ensuring timely resolution of system problems and enhancing system functionalityServes as platform subject matter expert, educating or informing colleagues and customer groups on the capabilities and potential applications of tools and also serves as liaison with IT technical resourcesProvides guidance & expertise to Administrators I/II/III to ensure adequate day-to-day end user support for CRM applications to all levels of the organizationMaintains application and platform health, availability, and stabilityWorks with production team to schedule production release updates and upgradesSupports integration of changes in test, pre-production, and production environmentsWorks with production quality assurance/testing team to ensure appropriate level of testing has been completed prior to implementation of changeEnsures the performance and reliability of the systems or applicationsDefines procedures and technical design for user access and administrationMonitors and maintains a comprehensive set of performance metrics for all system featuresIdentifies risk levels and recommends and implements corrective/preventive actionsMaintains history reports, identifies, and addresses re-occurring problemsCounsels users on technology changes that will impact work processesPrepares documentation for customer support, such as software configurations and network configurations

  What your background should look like

  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

  Preferred Certifications:

  Salesforce Certified AdministratorMicrosoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)Microsoft Certified IT ProfessionalITIL, ITSM Certifications

  WORK EXPERIENCE:

  6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in application support or system/application/database administration.
