About Le Labo Fragrances Counter Manager- Rotterdam (39.5 h)

  Position Summary:

  As one of our passionate and inspirational Counter Managers for our niche fragrance brand Le Labo Fragrances, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of Lab Technicians or "Souls". With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to share the beauty of our craft while exceeding all client expectations and achieving all sales targets.

  This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own counter. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of an extra-ordinary team.

  Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment preferably within beauty

  • Experience within niche perfumery is definitely a plus

  • Must have: Passionate about art, design, fragrance and craftmanship

  • You're creative, with an eye for detail and an alternative mindset

  • Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high performing creative sales team

  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events

  • Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events

  • Languages: Dutch and English

  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale and Microsoft Office software
