Description
The Associate Training Automation (ATA) team supports over 1 million level 1 operations associates with process path training. ATA owns programs that provide learning experiences across the associate learner journey which includes milestones such initial training, reinforcement training, veteran update training, coaching and retraining.
An ATA Learning and Development Specialist II (LPM) is expected to understand the business impact of associate learning programs, keeping scalability in mind given that the work can span up to seven business lines and nine regions. The LPM owns the life cycle of a learning product: from design, pilot, launch, sustainment and continuous improvement. The LPM is the primary program contact for operations leaders, business integration, field learning teams, and other frequent partners, such as AFT, process engineering, and ACES.

Implement mechanisms to collect data and feedback to share with stakeholders on a regular basis.
