Humana is seeking a dynamic Group Medicare Sales Executive for the Southeast market!
The Large Group Sales Executive sells Group Medicare and related products to new large group accounts up to 3,000 members. The Large Group Sales Executive works assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Large Group Sales Executive fully understands all product lines, sells to targeted clients, and identifies potential new clients in a specified territory or geographic area. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
Active health and life insurance licenses.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient.
Proven sales success in the health and wellness solutions industry.
Requires up to 50% travel , by land and/or air with possible overnight stays, throughout the Southeast region territory (NC, TN, SC, WV, VA, GA, MD, FL).
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience in the health and wellness solutions industry working with large group segment brokers and employers.
Experience selling Group Medicare Advantage products.
Experience working with labor and public sector organizations.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
