Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2024 through12/01/2024, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies,Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays required, schedule varies, start/endtimes vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $20.96-$23.00/hr,$31.44-$34.50/hr OT, Raises, bonuses or incentives at employer'sdiscretion dependent on tenure. Opportunity for higher pay dependent onexperience or driver's license. Landscape or maintain grounds of propertyusing hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety oftasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying,mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging,raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmentalconcrete masonry wall units. May drive company vehicles. Pre-employment drugtesting required;Drug testing during employment for cause. All drug testingis performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigrationstatus, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. Noexperience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions atemployee's request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions foravailable health benefits after 60 days. Employer facilitates voluntaryhousing arrangements along with corresponding payroll deduction estimated upto $210/week for rent and utilities dependent on the number of peopleliving in the unit. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Alldeductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Theemployer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipmentrequired to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the workcontract period, employer will arrange and pay directly;reimburse theworker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place ofrecruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such adistance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day.Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workeroriginally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due tosubsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be providedat a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per daywith receipts.
