The person in this role will act as the Technical Lead for the Lab System Supplier Engineering Team. Duties will include Mentoring, Create Training Materials, Supplier Management (Electronic Warfare, Radar and Electro - Optic), Technical Coordination, Verification Test Monitoring, Traveling to Supplier Locations, Status reporting to management.
Performs technical planning for system requirement development, system design updates, verification planning and execution, system performance verification and validation. Assist with developing and defining critical operational issues, measures of performance and measures of suitability for the operational environment under study. Identify and evaluate requirements, threats, vulnerabilities, and gaps; and, identify operational requirements and strategies to reduce vulnerabilities. Develop operational requirements through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. Conduct planning, research, production and review for related acquisition documents and other studies. Perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks, to include the development of program acquisition products and deliverables (i.e., Concepts of Operation (CONOPS). The engineer in this position specifies acquisition of whole lab systems or subsystems; interfaces with supply chain management in the acquisition of those systems.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Fighter simulation / Lab Experience
- Sensor Stimulator Experience
- Vendor Management
Desired Skills:
- F-35 Avionics Experience
- $20M or greater Contracts Management
- Knowledge of how testing inside the Stimulator lab
environment works
- Manage Sustainment Contracts for Hardware in the Loop
Labs in Fort Worth and other locations
- SME with Outstanding knowledge of F-35 Avionics
Interfaces
- Hardware in The Loop Lab SME for PME Stimulators

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
