The Change the bank team within CORS will work with Advisory, Technology, the Client Regulatory Services (CRS) Product Delivery and Operational teams across Onboarding, Refresh, Regulatory and Screening to ensure the consistent and effective deployment of transformational initiatives through project management and UAT oversight activities.
The individual will be required to:
Work with product owners to groom product feature backlog itemsPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyProvide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesDevelop and communicate testing approach and present plans to stakeholdersCoordinate with release management team on test cycle schedule and testing readinessAnalyze and create test scenarios/scripts for user acceptance and regression testing based on functional specifications and business requirementsLead user acceptance testers in test preparation, planning and execution effortsAssist testers in documentation of test results and ensure the test requirements are metIdentify project risks and defects and develop mitigation plans and workarounds as necessaryUpdate and maintain inventory of test scripts developed for each project release and regression testing to ensure alignment with the current system functionalityPartner with technology to develop automated testsCollaborate with Software Developers and QA Analysts.Investigate issues, bugs, and feedback as they arise.Prepare reports and analysis.Use test automation frameworks.Provide regular reporting of testing progress and results and status of deliverablesReview testing artifacts developed by QA team and provide feedbackOversee defect managementPerform ad hoc testing, as necessaryParticipate in post-release validation activities
Bachelor's degree required

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 68000 and 125000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
