Knowledge Manager
Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
About the Role:
The primary responsibility is to perform knowledge management for Global Business Solutions (GBS). The position holder needs to develop, maintain, and manage knowledge library, maintain knowledge articles for global business solutions on enterprise platforms as well as ensure proper distribution of these enabling awareness and consumption of knowledge documents including catalogue.
The role also requires the position holder to understand various processes adopted in GBS, how they are being implemented and advice on how these could further evolve or improved. Process design, maintenance as well as program management of key projects is an important responsibility of this role.
Key Responsibility
• Knowledge Library
o Design, develop and maintain the platform in collaboration with tech experts.
o Liaise with various teams in global business solutions to add and maintain relevant knowledge documents in the library.
o Ensure awareness and usage of knowledge library, track analytics and continuously improve the impact of the library.
• Knowledge documents including catalogue.
o Co-ordinate and update catalogue at fixed cadence ensuring all relevant changes are captured and documented with proper controls.
o Ensure timely release, distribution and communication of catalogue and related documents.
o Ensure implementation of catalogue changes in central systems and reports by coordinating with respective SPOCs
o Update catalogue and other relevant changes on knowledge articles on enterprise platforms like go/ONS.
o Maintain, refresh regularly and enhance presence of global business solutions on enterprise platforms like go/ONS.
• Process design, Program management and communications
o Support relevant central process owners with design, alignments, documentation, and communications.
o Do program management for key programs ensuring capturing project plan, issues, risks, action items etc. and coordinating with relevant team members for closure.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience with exposure to topics such as process design, program management, knowledge management etc.
• Should be able collaborate well with various stakeholders within the team and across Global business Solutions.
• Needs to be strong in verbal and written communication with ability to draft professional communications following brand guidelines that need to be shared to a wide audience.
• Should have a strong understanding of knowledge, process and program management principles and practices supporting leadership on these aspects.
Desirable Requirements:
• Having exposure and basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Power Suite platform (Power Bi, PowerApps, PowerAutomate), SharePoint and ServiceNow would be beneficial.
• Understanding shared services business model and ways of working would help.
• Experience of working in global teams with customer interaction roles in past
• Certifications on Agile Scrum / Project Management is good to have.
