Job Description
To further fuel ATM's growth and support the IDM 2.0 initiatives, we are looking for experienced and highly driven individuals to be part of the KM8 factory startup team as an Assembly and Finish module Technical Integrator. The main responsibilities are not limited to:- Own the Assembly and Finish module qualification activities for new product integration that is directly tied to the development and enabling of a new product transfer for the Assembly and Test factory. This role will require engagement in cross functional departments and organizations, as the single point of contact, to ensure a successful new product startup from engineering development to High volume manufacturing (HVM).- Identify tasks, determine dependencies, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates, and create/track the project schedule.- Ensure system setup, process flow, material readiness, and securing capacity for NPI module qualification activities/data collection.- Understanding product challenges and working with technical content experts across various groups to provide solutions to a wide range of problems.- Be able to document all readiness, deliverables, process flow, product build routing, BOM, etc. and own white paper for factory cert qualification.- Apply structured problem solving to engineering challenges. - Lead task force for resolution of integrated defects and problems of cross-area interaction. Applies statistical/commonality analysis technique to narrow down root cause investigation focus.- Application of Advanced Commonality Analysis Technique, Design-of -Experiment, MBPS problem solving is part of job expectation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field with at least 5 years of work experience. For Master of Science only 3 years of work experience.2. A team player with good English verbal and written communication skills3. Ability to multi-task and equipped with project management and stakeholders' management skills4. Domain knowledge in Assembly/Test process and interaction, ATTD-ATM Transfer methodology, statistical/commonality data analysis and MBPS problem solving skill. 5. A Project Management Professional certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:1. Advanced Commonality Analysis skill and proven records of application to solve complicated issues.2. Scripting and auto dashboard/report creation skill3. A Project Management Professional certification is a plus
