Responsibilities
Create strategy and tactics for channel growth via TM initiatives and platforms for Horeca Indep. CustomersDrive commercial agenda execution, translating category plans into channel executionDrive and implement short and long-term business proposals approachClose cooperation with Sales to execute sub-channels and marketing strategiesClose cooperation with Sales and Marketing to translate brand plans into Channel(s)/Customer(s) plans which ensure alignment between Consumer, Brand, Sales and Customer needsEnsure Channel Specific and Tailor Made support when neededManage and develop sales initiatives on time/within the budget Ensure Sales Teams are provided timely with comprehensive and persuasive sales activations briefs, support tools and wide knowledge (Consumer, Market, Business, etc.)Secure effective budget allocationSecure effective Horeca Materials ManagementStrong multi-functional Team work (Sales, Commercialization, Supply Chain and Demand planning, Finance, Purchase Department, Legal, external Agencies, Regulatory, Marketing)
