ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages all aspects of Zahn Dental's elite accounts. Not only will the task be to expand the sales footprint within existing elite accounts, it will also be to grow business within a potentially elite accounts.
Proactively develop opportunities within each account.Execute opportunities into profitable sales.Creates and maintains a business development plan for each customer.Partner with Telesales team members to maximize opportunities within each account.Drives leads to the Equipment Sales Specialists for digital equipmentWork with Digital Materials Team to grow digital material salesBe a liaison between the customer and technical support team when a resolution is necessary.Utilize vendor resources to close sales opportunitiesCollaborate with internal TSMs to solve issues and capture opportunities within each elite account.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years account management & sales experience in the dental industry is preferred
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent computer skills required. Excellent verbal & written communications skills required. Technical background required. Knowledge of the Specialty Software (OMSVision, EndoVision, PerioVision, and DentalVision) required. Understanding of Terminal Services, Citrix, SAP SQL ASA, and Dentrix Enterprise solutions preferred. Ability to communicate with C-level management required. Problem resolution and negotiation skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Proven leadership ability. Technical proficiency in various network and hardware configuration, SQL, and communication protocols highly preferred
