Your Role & Key Responsibilities Delivering commercial performance of the account through rigorous account management, unlocking growth and maximising sustainable profitable market share deliveryPartnering with cross-functional teams internally including customer marketing, category development, commercial finance, demand planning, and back of house customer operations to deliver excellent customer experience and optimized account performanceStrong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through collaboration, effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management/resolution skillsCreating the conditions for strong customer relationships through category based selling, collaborative problem solvingAct as the voice of the customer internally and an ambassador for our brands, values and spirit of progress externally.Top Accountabilities
Deliver annual Turnover, Gross Profit & Market Share targetsDevelop and implement a collaborative Joint Business PlanOwn sell in and sell out forecasts and associated trade investmentWork with customer marketing teams to build and execute great activation plans in line with customer commercial planWork cross functionally to deliver enhanced availability and visibility within the customer accountAct as a leader within the wider Sales team; embodying the Elida Beauty values and sharing best practice, helping to embed a culture of coaching and development that enhances our commercial capability.Ensuring Elida Beauty remains a best in class supplier through brilliant ways of working and exceptional customer experienceRequired experience: Sales experience built in top tier FMCGExperience managing Total Tesco PLC, including Booker and One stop idealOutstanding analytical capabilities and driven to optimise through gleaning insight from dataExcellent commercial acumenP&L literacy and numerical bent of mind with an ability to think strategicallyAction oriented and energetic, with a collaborative and problem solving approach, and an ability to work a matrix organisation to deliver resultsTeam player, focussed on total company delivery, coaching and developmentStrong communication and influencing skills through facts and narrative, confident and credible in front of senior stakeholdersA proven record of delivering business results and outperforming in the right wayJoin us...
