What you'll do Responsible for developing, expanding and growing our Retail and Hospitality business in ThailandExecute sales strategy and deliver sales targets in the context of local market trends and opportunitiesDevelop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting solutions providerHunt for brand new opportunities for our retail and hospitality segment (hotel and shopping mall developers)And everything else which comes with the role of a modern sales person; documenting the sales pipeline & visits in CRM software, ensure timely collection of payments and always be on top of the latest trends and developments in the market. Just to name a few...Your qualifications Strategic mindset with focus on execution and strong understanding of B2B End-user / Enterprise business5+ years combined Sales and Sales Management experience gained from an IT / Building Materials / Automation industryWide network in the Hospitality (Hotels) and Retail (Malls) sector such as real estate owners, hotel / mall operators, large retailers, architects and interior designers among others.5+ years of proven track-record in key account management, solution selling, enterprise sales, and value based selling principlesLighting / solution selling experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferredExcellent English communication and presentation skillsA team player mindset and excitement to bring the business to the next levelOur candidate profile is just a guide.
