About Key Account Manager - Consumer Lighting

  We're looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our Consumer Sales Team in the UK&I.

  As a Key Account Manager Consumer you'll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with major UK retailers in order to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts. You will support the further elevation of our Philips Hue, Philips and Wiz brands within key National Retail accounts.

  You will work for the market leader in Lighting and Smart Home. You understand the consumers wishes and translating them into impactful solutions that keep us ahead of the market.

  What you'll do Create account plans and define commercial strategies based on budgettargets.Plan and execute new product launches with maximum exposure and return on investment.Execute promotional and marketing plans to generate growth within the accounts.Build forecasts based on sales results and market analysis and make proposals for improvement.Build, maintain and improve partnerships with National Retailer accounts, developing a thorough understanding of their business and how Signify can best leverage and support.Initiate and coordinate efforts within the National Retailer accounts to maximize commercial results and long-term sustainable relationships.Determine new growth opportunities within LED branded, LED Private label and the Smart Home consumer arena, define and drive action programs.Direct accountability for the performance of your portfolio.Your qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.A strong understanding of the UK Consumer Electronics market.A belief and understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) / Smart Home consumer products and the market.Professional knowledge and experience in developing long-term thriving relationships within the UK Retailer / Channel model.The ability to perform with skilled precision and effect, with strong analytical skills and an ability to translate learnings into real-world strategies.Disruptive, creative ideas that challenge the norm and create success in the market.A positive and professional team player attitude, yet self-motivating with an inherent desire to push forward towards clearly defined goals.What you'll get in return...
