About Key Account Manager Consumer

  Currently we are looking for a suitable individual to join us on the position of Key Account Manager Consumer Channel , based in Poland, Warsaw.

  As a Key Account Manager you'll be responsible for building and executing strategy and development plan for assigned channel with focus on LED's lamps, liminaires and connected lighting across Poland, through out nurturing and maintaining long-term partnership with customers to be the partner to them in creating commongrowth strategy.

  What you'll do Create high quality and detailed yearly account plans in cooperation with marketing and aligned/agreed with the customer, set targets and plan activities to achieve targetsNegotiate with customers the annual terms and conditionsKeep direct contact with the customer ensuring operational excellenceInitialize customer tailored sales promotions including improvement actions realization if neededConduct trainings for the customers to explain strategy and product portfolio in cooperation with Marketing teamOn-line and of-line category management ensuring NPI, visibility and conversionYour qualifications Master degreeNative Polish and very good English (both written and spoken) as a must5+ years of sales experience in retail business (experience in food and non-food channel)Result driven and hands on attitudeFinancial & business acumenAbility to create a positive and engaging environment with colleagues, team work.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
