About the Role:
Customer Centricity - Customer Value Creation (CVC): lead & implement innovative, sustainable & scalable solutions impacting to patient journey and customer need. Build Novartis as Partner of Choice.
Achievement of patient access to Novartis medicines: ensure product availability via managing tender quota, listing process and supply issues.
Internal collaboration and enabling function: coordinate cross functions/TA collaboration for better account insight, synergy and solution design, project execution; enable and support commercial team to achieve business objective.
This role reports directly into the Strategic Healthcare Solutions and Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Execute Healthcare solutions partnership programs, Healthcare capability building and other pts Access programs at account level.
• Ensure the access to innovative medicines for pts through optimizing Hospital Tender quota/listing process and solving all product supply issues.
• Lead the integrated account plan & execution process as the orchestrator role for better insights and solution design & internal collaboration.
Customer Centricity - Customer Value Creation (CVC)
• IAP (Integrated Account Plan): leading cross function account insight, defining account stakeholder mapping, building winning strategy and executing account plan in assigned account.
Achievement of patient access to Novartis medicines: product availability via tender formulary process, reimbursement process
• Product availability for patient access to Novartis medicine: formulary listing, tender quota sufficient for patient access, winning quota share vs competitors.
• Alignment with the NVS Distributor for effective support of tender management including listing, accurate document submission and product supply/hospital credit...
Internal collaboration and enabling function: coordinate, enable and support commercial team to achieve business objective.
• Support and enable cross functions (Commercial, Patient Access, Medical...) to achieve business objective in assigned accounts. Working effectively with cross function to get sufficient support: Medical, CE, ERC, Legal.
• Lead the Account meeting governance for better collaboration, solution design and customer insights.
Others: compliance to all Ethics and Compliance policies and other relevant policy, guidance.

Role Requirements
• Pharmacist background
• 2 - 5 years' operational experience in key account management or sale manager
• Territory experience in Cho Ray, BTH or 115 will be an added advantage
• Business partnering and influencing
• Cross functional collaboration
