Background & Purpose of the Job As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for design and implement portfolio and merchandising plans and run reporting & performance analysis, planning & implementation of activities. Main Accountabilities: Integrate customers input into activity plans for the channel, monitor activity implementation, post-evaluate and report achievements. Prepare sales brief for upcoming activities - detailed description of promotions (timing, mechanism, objectives, responsibilities, etc.) Monitor expenditure vs. budget per brand &cost type and ensure the budgets are met. Organize sales figures/brand/channel/gold customers. Collaborate with the sales teams for implementation of activities at local level Participates at Planning and forecasting of volumes. Monitor competitors' activities Perform market visits at least once a week Meeting with costumers, listing presentations Yearly plan negotiations with key costumers Preparation/verification of financial documents regarding channel spendings (CNs, etc.) Implementing marketing strategy Job Requirements:
University Degree, sales background mandatory >3yrs Ability to work both independently, to take responsibility for actions and to collaborate as part of a team goals is required Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English MS Office suite Strong relationship building and interpersonal skill Capability for problem solving and decision making Great communication and negotiation skills Responsiveness, adaptation, and flexibility Driving license #LI-Hybrid
