Your mission:
In this role you will be responsible to answer to customer petitions, regarding promotions, margins, trade marketing initiatives, market shares analysis and dynamics, revenue management analysis and at the same time sell and guarantee that PepsiCo initiatives are implemented correctly. All of that to different categories, and several business units for each customer.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
Presenting, negotiate, and execute targeted plans for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service, and distribution. Engage in periodic visits to both customers and stores, ensuring alignment with and validation of compliance to account plans.Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, with a same-day response time and a proactive approach to prioritizing and resolving customer challenges within agreed time frames.Forge internal multi-functional alignment to optimize account performance, collaborating with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Logistics, and other key stakeholders. Take charge of completing all necessary customer administration tasks, including promotional proposals and product files, while maintaining an updated budget with precise status information on every activity and invoice.Delve into strategic customer analysis, developing insights that enhance our understanding of customer strategy and corresponding KPIs, such as net sales, NS/KG, Tons, and Margin.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
Demonstrated of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, management consulting, marketing, and sales, or proven track record in key account management or a related role.Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering, with a special interest for management and commercial areas.Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.Advanced proficiency in MS Office applicationsHighly developed analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset, emphasizing strategic thinking and planning capabilities.Exceptional skills in influence and negotiation, ensuring successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
