Background & Purpose of the Job: KAM plays a key role in maintaining & future development of category and channels within Customer Development department in the South Central European market. In this role, you will connect with people across all functions, both internally and externally. This is a sales operational role and we are looking for a very organized person with commercial skills, negotiation techniques, agility and time management. Job Requirements: University Degree, sales background mandatory >3yrs Ability to work both independently, to take responsibility for actions and to collaborate as part of a team goals is required Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English MS Office suite Strong relationship building and interpersonal skill Capability for problem solving and decision making Great communication and negotiation skills Responsiveness, adaptation, and flexibility Driving license category B Availability to start as soon as possible it's an advantage Role and Responsibilities: In order to maximize performance and achieve the required KPIs (overdue, forecast accuracy, BIAS forecast, on time & in full delivery, channel & category target achievement):
Creating and maintaining the interpersonal relationship with the customer acquisition team. Tracking competitors' activities and offering insights to trade marketing team. Understanding the financial balance of customers and act accordingly. Participating regularly in commercial visits to keep up with the reality of the market. If the case, develops corrective action with the customer/the field sales team or other interested departments.
