Significant level of relevant work experience, including previous customer and/or product experience required.
Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.
Manages one of the most important account of ECJV business, play an IAM role to drive internal resources to reach business target in terms of volume and revenue.
Work with pull marketing leader to realize top down and bottom up integration to drive volume increase.
Coordinate parent companies' resources to reach synergy and maximum Cummins business content.
Leading pricing negotiation and commercial terms contract negotiation.
Work with OEM central and regional sales people on sales planning and execution.
Work with OEM powertrain company to realize business flow smoothly.
Manage and coach staff to develop.
