Overview
China Imports business has reached its milestone to 100MM RMB, with 20% CAGR for the past 5 years. To further grow the business, we need to unlock fast growing channels, e.g., eCommerce, O2O, snacks channel. This role is essential to develop fast growing channel opportunities.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and deliver business target by planning sales activation, mainly focus on eCom & O2O perfect storeDrive multi-functional team cooperation, including DCO and EKA team, to maximize PepsiCo COSO resources together with Importers' online capabilityDevelop eCom & O2O customers , balancing customer needs, supply chain complexity, TP capabilitiesManage and monitor TPs to solve daily operation issues and co-invest to deliver business target Discover O2O whitespace, work closely with COSO DCO team, to identify O2O size of prize and drive execution excellenceFurther identify fast growing channel opportunities, including snacks channel, wholesale market, to further outgrow business target
Qualifications
At least 4 years working experience in eCommerce or O2OF&B experience with MT key accounts and eCommerce/O2OSolid key account management skillAt least 2 years TP management experienceImports business or distributor management experience is a plusGreat communication skill in Chinese and English
