Job Summary:As the K12 Education Events Strategy and Production Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our key events, managing our presence at national showcases and regional engagements. This role requires an experienced professional with 8-10 years in event management, possessing strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, ready to dive into the details, and capable of overseeing the end-to-end event lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.Execution Oversight: Ensure flawless execution of events by managing logistics, coordinating tasks, and overseeing day-to-day operations in line with the agreed-upon strategy.Vendor Management: Effectively collaborate with multiple vendors, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and navigating technical complexities to deliver high-quality events.Customer-Focused Approach: Keep the customer at the center of event planning, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work transparently and collaboratively with teams across the country, fostering a united and mutually supportive environment.Modeling Adobe's Core Values: Champion and embody the organization's core beliefs: Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, Be Genuine.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in event processes and implement enhancements for future events.Qualifications:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
